1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By creating an account or enrolling in a camp on Online Camps, you agree to be bound by these Athlete Terms of Service. Athletes under 18 require parental or legal guardian consent (see Section 2).

2. Minors and Parental Consent

Athletes under 18 may use the platform with parental or legal guardian consent.

  • Under 13: Athletes under 13 are subject to our COPPA-compliant sign-up flow. A parent or legal guardian must provide verifiable consent before the account is created.
  • Ages 13–17: Athletes aged 13 to 17 may create an account themselves. By creating the account, the Athlete confirms that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on the Athlete's behalf.

The parent or legal guardian assumes responsibility for the minor's use of the platform and compliance with these Terms. Please see our Privacy Policy for full data handling practices.

3. Athlete Responsibilities — Profile and Content

  • You are responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information in your profile.
  • You are responsible for substantially completing your profile to give Coaches sufficient content for a thorough evaluation. Incomplete profiles may impact evaluation quality, and the platform bears no responsibility for this.
  • You must not upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content, including videos with audible music playing in the background.
  • Violation of content rules will result in removal from the camp without a refund. Repeated violations may result in a permanent ban from the platform, at Online Camps' sole discretion.

4. Camp Enrollment and Evaluations

  • Upon enrollment, you will receive one evaluation from each Coach participating in the camp.
  • When the camp includes 1-on-1 meetings, you may also schedule one live 1-on-1 meeting with each Coach before the camp starts. A meeting you decline, do not schedule, or miss counts as delivered and is not refunded; a meeting the Coach cancels or misses is refunded like a missed evaluation.
  • Evaluation length and depth are at each Coach's professional discretion, within the recording length limits for the camp's sport.
  • Online Camps does not perform, control, or guarantee the content, quality, or completion of evaluations.
  • Evaluations are provided individually by each assigned Coach.
  • If one or more Coaches fail to complete their evaluations, you will receive a prorated refund for the incomplete evaluations automatically, about one day after camp completion. The refund is proportional to the number of incomplete evaluations and is reduced by the payment processor's non-refundable fees. For example, if 2 of 4 Coaches do not complete evaluations, you receive approximately a 50% refund of the enrollment fee (less fees).
  • Refunds apply only to missed evaluations. Q&A Seminars are not individually refundable.

5. Q&A Seminars

  • When the camp includes one, enrollment includes access to a live 30-minute Q&A Seminar with the camp's coaching staff.
  • Q&A Seminars are informational and educational. Coaches discuss college sports preparation and answer athletes' questions.
  • You may submit questions, but there is no guarantee that any specific question will be addressed during the live Q&A Seminar.
  • Q&A Seminar recordings may be made available for replay.

6. Refund Policy

  • Withdrawing before camp: You may withdraw and receive a refund of the full amount you paid, less the non-refundable payment-processing fee, until 8
PM camp local time on the day before the camp starts. After that you may still withdraw, but no refund is issued.
  • Camp cancellation: A camp may be cancelled by its Host or by Online Camps only before it starts. If it is, you are automatically refunded the full amount you paid, less the non-refundable payment-processing fee charged by the payment processor. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
  • Incomplete evaluations: Prorated refunds for incomplete evaluations are issued automatically about one day after camp completion, reduced by the payment processor's non-refundable fees (see Section 4).
  • Q&A Seminars: Q&A Seminars are not individually refundable; a missed, cancelled, or unscheduled Q&A Seminar does not generate a refund.
  • Content violations: Athletes removed from a camp for content policy violations are not entitled to any refund.

For a plain-language summary of our refund practices, see the Refund Policy page.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Online Camps is a marketplace connecting Athletes with college coaches for evaluation services only.
  • Online Camps is a camp service that provides instruction; it is not an athletic agency or educational institution.
  • Online Camps does not guarantee any recruiting interest, athletic scholarship, roster placement, or other athletic or academic outcome.
  • Coaches are independent contractors. Online Camps is not responsible for the opinions, advice, or conduct of any Coach.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Online Camps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Online Camps from any claims arising from your use of the platform.

8. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. For minor users, the parent or legal guardian who accepted these Terms is the party to any dispute.

9. Who Hosts the Camp; Your Enrollment

Camps are hosted and operated by independent Hosts through their own hosting organizations, not by Online Camps; each camp page names its Host. When you register for a camp, you are enrolling directly with that camp's hosting organization in a non-institutional camp. Online Camps operates a marketplace that provides the platform and payment processing and is not the host or organizer of the camp.

The coaches who will evaluate you are the coaches listed for the camp. A camp's Host may or may not also be one of its coaches.

10. Miscellaneous

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Online Camps regarding your use as an Athlete. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Online Camps may amend these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. See our Privacy Policy for data handling practices.
